If an order is received and processed before 2 pm EST, it will be shipped the same day. If Jacksonville, FL is experiencing inclement weather, orders will be delayed untill we can resume business. Weekend and Holiday orders will be processed the next business day. If your product takes longer then 2-3 business days to ship, we will contact you and let you know asap. How long is delivery transit time? This depends on where you live. If you reside in the states around Florida, it could take as little as 2-3 business days. If you live in the west coast, it could take up to 5-6 business days. All orders in the United States are shipped via UPS ground unless the customer specifies otherwise on the shipping form. Ground shipping orders up to $100.00 and will be automatically calculated into your total upon checkout. UPS Ground shipping is FREE if your order is $100.00 or more excluding Alaska and Hawaii. If you are a customer whose order is shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, actual shippping cost will be emailed to you for you to accept or decline. Your UPS tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships so you can track your order on its way to you. This will help insure that you receive your product quickly and help avoid last minute rush situations.

Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box since UPS can not deliver to a PO Box. Every product we ship is packed according to shipping standards and insured for the value of the product. Since we ship according to standards all shippping claims should be brought directly to UPS.
